Tarama Sözlüğü is a voluminous work created by scanning books containing the historical vocabulary of Turkish. It was prepared by collecting data from a total of 227 books in six volumes. The suffixes volume, published separately from Tarama Sözlüğü, needs to be improved in terms of suffixes. The "Suffixes" volume of Tarama Sözlüğü showed both derivational affixes and inflectional suffixes together. Despite this, the inadequacy of the suffixes examined is striking. The fact that Tarama Sözlüğü has both a rich vocabulary and a rich suffix system has made working in this field inevitable. In this study, volumes A and D of Tarama Sözlüğü were examined under four main headings in terms of their derivational affixes. The derivational affixes mentioned at the beginning of the headword have been identified and the aim is to give the suffixes that we do not encounter in the Appendices volume, in order. Right next to the 101 derivational affixes identified in this way, words derived from the suffix are also given. This study showed that; Tarama Dictionary (A-D) has a rich presence of derivational affixes. Creating a comprehensive Historical Dictionary of Turkey Turkish Suffixes volume by reflecting the identified affixes to the Affixes volume will serve as an important reference book for those working in the field.
